Natural White’s tooth whitening system without peroxides contains Oxy-C, an active ingredient that makes the teeth white by removing phenol compounds from the thin protein surface of the enamel so that the discolouration disappears. After the whitening process, the tooth surface’s natural pH-value is restored using a toothpaste (included) that increases the mineral content of the enamel and tooth pores. The teeth can become 3-6 steps whiter according to a colour chart (included) which is used to determine the colour of the teeth. Depending on the eating habits and bacteria in the mouth, the durability of the bleaching process can vary between several months up to one year.
Natural White is a completely harmless process. Unfortunately, the gums can be irritated for a short time, which often is a result of the intensive cleansing process or that the mouth tray used chafes the gums.
