Veet Cold Wax Strips Face are wax strips specially designed for short facial hairs. The strips can be used directly from the package. Simply warm the strips briefly between the palms of your hands, apply to your skin and pull off immediately – done. The result is silky smooth skin for up to four weeks.
When you remove hair with wax you get long-lasting results - up to four weeks. The hair is removed with the roots so you may feel some pain the first few times. When used regularly, hair growth becomes finer and more sporadic, making pain less noticeable.
Veet Cold Wax Strips Face includes 20 wax strips for hair removal and 4 wet wipes.
NOTE: Do not use Veet Cold Wax Strips Face for beard removal.
Important:
Always read and follow directions carefully. Before each use, test the product on a small area of skin. Wait 24 to 48 hours to see if you have an allergic reaction. Do not use Veet on beards, beauty marks, cuts, varicose veins, damaged, thin or sunburned skin.
Directions:
Always test the wax first on a small area if you are using this product for the first time or on a new area of skin. Follow the directions carefully. Proceed only if you have no adverse skin reaction after 24 hours.
Preparations:
Make sure your skin is clean and dry, not irritated and free from creams.
For best results: hair to be removed should be at least 3-4 mm long. Warm the wax strip by gently rubbing it between your fingers for 30 seconds. Slowly peel the double-sided wax strip apart.
Applying the wax:
Apply one of the strips onto the skin and rub gently with your hand for 10 seconds in the direction of hair growth. Hold skin taut with one hand and with the other pull the strip off in one quick motion against the direction of hair growth. Do not pull the strip upwards but keep the strip parallel with and as close to the skin as possible. If you do not remove the strip in parallel with your skin, bruising may occur. Repeat the process if all hair does not come off the first time. You can reuse the same strip up to 4 times. Before reusing a strip, place two used strips together with the wax sides facing each other. Rub the strips between your hands for 5 seconds and then slowly peel apart the strips.
After waxing:
Remove any wax residue by using the back of a strip several times until gone. When all the hair has been removed, gently wipe your skin with the enclosed wet wipe to remove any remaining wax residue. Never use water, soap or products with alcohol to remove wax residue. If necessary, use a cotton swab soaked in oil.
