Who can write a review?
Anyone can write a review on our websites. Reviews we can link to a purchase made with us are marked "Verified buyer".
Discount for product reviews
Customers who write a review through our post-purchase email receive a 5% discount code for their next purchase. You get the discount whatever rating you give and whatever you write, and we publish all reviews that follow our guidelines, both positive and negative.
The offer only applies to product reviews on Gents' websites. It does not apply to reviews on Trustpilot, Trusted Shops or other external platforms.
How we use your review
By submitting a review, you give Gents the right, free of charge, to publish it on our websites and use it in our marketing, for example in ads, newsletters and on social media. This right applies in all countries where we sell, with no time limit. We may shorten and translate your review, but we never change its meaning. Translated reviews show the language they were translated from.
In our marketing, we only show your first name. If we want to use your photo or other content you have shared, we will ask you first.
If you no longer want us to use your review, contact our customer service team. We will then stop using it in new material.
