Honeysuckle

Honeysuckle is a shrub that originates from the northern hemisphere; many ordinates from Europe, China and India. Honeysuckle is popular with hummingbirds whose nectar is also edible for humans; however, Honeysuckles have berries that should not be eaten as they are toxic.

From Honeysuckles perfumers can extract something called absolute; the scent is heavy, warm, with hints of vanilla and citrus.
