Carved Oud by Thameen is inspired by the decorative ritual jewellery used in Indian wedding rituals and the idea of woman as a perfectly created - carved - goddess. In this woody and warm perfume from the "Treasure" collection, it is the Indian oud that plays the main role. The top notes include Guatemalan cardamom, rose pepper and cypress oil, followed by oud, patchouli, cedarwood and iris in the heart notes on top of a complex base of Haitian vetiver, musk, amber, sandalwood and vanilla.

A very good alternative to Tom Ford's Oud Wood. It behaves a bit differently in the top and base notes, nothing better or worse. Just different, but with a somewhat longer lasting effect, it seems.
Much better than Tom Ford Oud Wood. Highly recommended
Fantastic scent. Perhaps a bit sweeter than TF Oud Wood, but they definitely have similarities. A new favorite for me.
Exciting scent
Thameen Carved Oud resembles Tom Ford Oud Wood but this one is just much better, so this is a run-and-buy and top-notch in terms of longevity. :)
