A soft, creamy composition by perfumer Alexandra Carlin based on the note tonka bean, often described as vanilla with hints of leather. The perfume is a tribute to founder David Belenek's country of origin, Morocco, and its various landscapes and scents. Here the tonka bean is part of a holy trinity along with almond and orange blossom, where the opening of clear almond transitions into an ambergris-like amberwood, tobacco absolute, rose and vanilla. In the base there are also hints of the sandalwood oil Amyris, which also adds a peppery and warm yet sweet note to this compote.

Quickly became one of my signature perfumes, and it's great for mixing with other perfumes. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it doesn't have the strongest longevity.
