Too hard. Can't "thaw" it in a pocket or warm water before use.
A hard moustache wax that is suitable for those who want to be able to shape and style their moustache, without having to fear that the design will not last during the day. If you're instead looking for a wax to just collect your beard or moustache, a slightly softer wax is recommended, such as Benjamin Barber Beard Wax.
This wax is really hard and can be difficult to get out of its jar. We therefore recommend that you keep the wax in your pocket to warm it up before application. If you want a faster solution, you can also use a hair dryer to heat the wax for a few seconds.
Specifically, we recommend that you keep the wax in your pocket.
Features
The wax has a base of white beeswax to which almond oil and an updated version of the popular Black Oak fragrance are added.
Volume: 25 ml
The normal principle of beard and moustache waxes is that, after application, they gain the stability and strength that they have in the jar. It's for this reason that a really durable moustache wax with hold can be very hard and difficult to work with. Therefore, make sure the wax is properly softened before application. Work a small amount between your fingers until the wax is soft and pliable. Rub the wax into your moustache, wait a short while for it to dry a bit, and then mould the moustache the way you want it.
The wax is then washed off with water, but to get a really clean moustache and beard base, it can sometimes also require a proper wash with beard shampoo and beard balm .

The best I've tried in Norway... I've ordered some moustache wax from the USA, but Benjamin has cracked the code for a solid hold for many hours!
Got a bad jar, but aside from that, when I received a new jar, the wax worked excellently! Really great hold and very easy to apply to the mustache once you find the trick (scrape with your thumbnail, roll the scraped-off wax into a ball, apply!). I've tried spreading the wax between my fingers, but that causes it to harden immediately in my case, given my constantly cold fingers.
To begin with, the wax smells fantastic. The problem is that the wax is so insanely hard and difficult to work with that it's almost impossible to apply. Not recommended if you have a time constraint. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. I heat and heat. I've even placed the jar on a really warm radiator for an hour and sure, it becomes easier to get out of the jar, but once you have it in your hand, it's like glue rolling between your fingers. It just doesn’t dissolve, and you almost rip off your mustache when trying to apply it. Then once you've accepted that the fiasco is a fact, it's almost impossible to wash the wax off your hands. Like I said, I might be making a major error, but I can't understand what it is.
Nice fragrance. A bit harder to apply but durable.
Very stiff and difficult to work with, must warm or use a comb to remove wax. However, fantastic scent and very good hold. I think the jar I received must have been a monday piece (faulty product).
The absolute best wax for me as I have long handlebar mustaches that require stability all day.
Perfect
A bit too hard. Smells very good and works well for my mustache.
The best wax if you want to keep your mustache in place
