A vital and fresh fragrance created by Guillaume Flavigny for the Shades Du Bois series. Despite its content of 100% pure oud, it is a subtle perfume that does not confront or scream loudly. It is refreshing, positive and a spiritual scent experience - "blue" to the character of the azure blue of the sea and a fresh day at the beach or up in the mountains. The perfume opens with an exotic top of cardamom, mandarin and nutmeg that turns into floral labdanum, spicy myrrh and a little amber. The base notes consits of balsamic notes of resin and styrene as well as more myrrh in association with pure hundred percent oud.

Floral type Oud with a certain softness that I like a lot. This is a perfume that doesn't remind me of many others. That is also positive. I'm going to buy a bigger one next time.
Discreet oud but very nice scent, of course it also depends on the amount applied, recommended when a milder oud is desired

It is tastiest and most impressive at the beginning (top note) when it is both heavy oud and fresh like mint at the same time, but the "minty" aspect disappears quickly. Unfortunately, I think it doesn't last very long.
Can someone please recommend an FdB with good performance? I think the ones I've tried have been very weak.

Luxurious and quite discreet. Thought it would be more pronounced. Well-composed scent. Doesn't stray. Masculine. Would probably work great in the darker part of the year as well. Did I say luxurious?
