HOW TO USE:
Screw to open the applicator. Dip to fill the spoolie-brush with gel, once per eyebrow. Begin by stroking brows sideways in the direction of your ears. Then diagonal, 45-degree angle outwards. The more your eyebrows stand up, the stronger your impression. Eyebrows shouldn't be brushed opposite hairs.
