I have a Merkur 34C from 2018 from Gents, and it has worked excellently so far. Now it’s just sitting in the drawer like new, so I thought I’d try another razor from the same brand, something a bit more aggressive. That’s why I chose the Merkur 15C, but the one I received had one side that shaved properly while the other side had no effect at all, as the blade didn’t come in contact with the skin even after attempts with different blades. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a new one, but it had the same issue. I've lost confidence in the Merkur brand and how they manufacture their products today, but I give 10/10 to Gents’ customer service for their efforts to resolve my problem. I will definitely shop from Gents again.
