The handle is 8 cm when screw together.
Very nice set. Takes up little space. A bit small and thin handle for my taste. I don't think all 10 packs of blades fit in the space where they should be. Feather's boxes, for example, barely fit.
NOTE that a package of Feather brand razor blades does not fit in the case, it is too long and thick. I solved it by replacing the contents with the included package of Markur razor blades.

Very compact and handy razor that, together with the Edwin Jagger Travel Shaving Brush Chrome, works as a perfect travel kit.
A perfect travel companion. Since the head is the same as on the 34 and 38C, the shave is perfect. The handle is very light, so in my opinion, it's not for everyday use, but a very nice travel companion.
