Motivation: It has to be said: Italian Proraso, founded in 1948, stands in a class of its own when it comes to shaving foam. Their unique formula is closer to diluted shaving cream than traditional foam, resulting in a creamier consistency that offers better protection than most competitors. In a pinch, it can even be used with a safety razor and its sharp double-edge blades.
Proraso’s Shaving Foam comes in several variations, but the white Sensitive Green Tea version, made with green tea and oat extract, is simply unbeatable and suitable for everyone – perfect even for sensitive skin, with a clean and mild scent that doesn’t overpower. For very dry skin, the shea butter-based red Nourishing Sandalwood is a great alternative, while those who enjoy classic menthol and eucalyptus for a cooling, refreshing effect will appreciate the green classic.
In any case – Proraso is unmatched in this product category.

Mirrorflex pink shaving foam
At first glance, a pink shaving foam with a subtle fruity scent might seem like a gimmick – but this product is genuinely unique. The rich formula creates a soft, protective barrier that enables a smooth and close shave with excellent glide.
Even better, the foam is enriched with caring ingredients such as Allantoin and Provitamin B5, which soothe the skin, help prevent irritation, and leave a hydrated feeling after each use. This makes it an ideal shaving foam for sensitive skin prone to razor bumps and redness.

The brand’s concept is to develop products adapted to our climate. The formulas are mild, with high-quality ingredients; in this shaving foam, juniper is combined with compounds known for their anti-inflammatory properties.
Recipe for Men offers a shaving product with a mild, discreet scent that performs very well with multi-blade razors, which is also its intended use given its relatively light formula. A favorite among those with sensitive skin that is prone to irritation and razor burn.

TABAC ORIGINAL SHAVING FOAM
Motivation: The quality differences between most traditional shaving foams in the mainstream segment are relatively small, so other aspects become more important. One category with a dedicated fanbase is the classic masculine “retro” scents – and here, timeless Tabac from 1959, with its notes of neroli, bergamot, and lavender, is something of a milestone for those who appreciate a spicy, slightly soapy fragrance.
But Tabac is not just about scent. It is also a foam suitable for sensitive skin, thanks to a pH level that is very close to that of our own skin. That said, it is not recommended for use with a safety razor – like most products outside Proraso’s segment, it is best used with Gillette and similar systems.
