Liwa is an oriental floral fragrance from the Widian perfume house's Velvet Collection. Named after the oasis of the same name, surrounded by desert date palms and Bedouin villages, it carries a typical exotic unisex character with an emphasis on saffron, sweetness, and white flowers.
The top notes feature a sweet, rich aroma of jasmine and artemisia, spicy saffron, and fresh bergamot, transitioning in the heart notes to amber, woody accords, and geranium. The base notes consist of cedarwood, aromatic patchouli, sandalwood, and oud-based incense. A well-balanced creation by perfumer José Fernandez.
