Bortnikoff Victoria Extrait de Parfum

Created by perfumer Dmitry Bortnikoff's son Maxim and dedicated to his mother, Victoria evokes exotic settings and the flowery gardens of his childhood. Here we find an oud-based creation with green, floral elements and woody chords. Wild oud from ancient forests in Burma, a raw material that is said to be particularly exclusive and difficult to obtain, has been used to create this exclusive perfume where the highest quality of ingredients has been a priority.
Victoria opens with lavender, elemi (a resin from the Philippines used historically as an herbal medicine) and fresh green apples along with a subtle hint of blackcurrant. The heart notes overflow with dark oud from Burma, black pepper, rose and jasmine combined with tropical ylang ylang and aromatic neroli. Deep in the fragrance pyramid we find base notes of sandalwood, amber, oakmoss and patchouli that give the perfume a lasting performance and durability.
