The scent is best described as a fruity, green and aromatic scent with top notes of mandarin, ginger and rose pepper. Green and herbaceous elements of patchouli, sandalwood & vetiver are found in the heart notes that rest on a base of birch, tonka, musk and styrax.
Creed Aventus Cologne is not a classic cologne to its concentration, but just like the original Aventus it is an Eau de Parfum. It is called Cologne is because it is lighter and fresher than the original in the composition of notes.
Aventus Cologne is the perfect fragrance for the man who has already found his signature soap in Aventus, but needs a fresher complement to the warmer months.

This cologne has a great scent even after some time has passed. The only downside is, like all colognes, the scent fades after a while. However, I now see that they've added pineapple to it. The previous one didn't have pineapple, so I hope it lasts a bit longer.

If it had been made by Calvin Klein, it would have been called "Aventus Summer." Not as intrusive as regular Aventus, very pleasant.

Aventus Cologne is the perfect fragrance even though I have already found my signature scent in Aventus. I get a fresher complement for the warmer months. The scent is a bit lighter than Aventus. Aventus, Aventus Absolu, and this are my absolute favorites!
